#1 Trusted Remodeling Contractor
San Fernando Valley
California Building and Design is a full-service construction company that can handle all aspects of your design, planning, material selection, and construction needs. Our Sherman Oaks-based firm is uniquely equipped to handle large and small projects throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area. Our extensive network of sub-contractors, designers, and vendors allows us to work in concert with associate partners to ensure that our larger client projects are handled with the same attention to detail and schedule as our smallest ones. As a fully bonded, licensed, and insured general contractor, you can trust the integrity and top-quality craftsmanship we offer. Through impeccable attention to detail, we emphasize our quality that is built to last.
"With over 20 years of building and design work, I have the knowledge, experience, skills, and contacts that will ensure that your project is completed to your expectations, within budget, on time, and handled in a professional manor. Growing up in the Detroit area during the 60's and 70's my passion was building everything from cars to boats to houses to houseboats!
What I learned about fit and finish, material selection, and technique has proven to be invaluable in my profession today. My experience with many contractors over the years in southern California is that they lack integrity, attention to detail, and follow through. "Little" things like insulation and faulty workmanship behind the walls are left for others to fix years later. Some have the knowledge and skills but simply cut corners. Some just don't care. Many actually lack the knowledge and skills altogether."
